2019: Our Best Accomplishments As a Digital Marketing Agency

2019 has been a great year for us. We’ve welcomed new talents on our team, we’ve implemented better processes to make everyone’s life easier, we’ve launched amazing campaigns and we’ve seen awesome results throughout the year. 

To wrap up 2019, we’ve listed a few accomplishments our digital marketing agency is really proud of this year: 

1. Won Boutique Digital Agency of the Year at the 2019 Ewards.

We are extremely proud to have been selected as “Boutique Digital Agency of the Year” at the 2019 Ewards. As mentioned on their website, the Ewards recognizes exceptional creativity, expertise, and outstanding digital performance in the realm of digital marketing… What an honour! Plus, we get to be featured next to amazing digital businesses from across Canada and the U.S. Check out the other winners and finalists here.

2. Hosted 2 Conferences At Facebook HQ And The Google Office In Toronto.

We’ve met incredible entrepreneurs and marketers during our two conferences in partnership with Facebook and Google. We love sharing our knowledge with business in Toronto and in Montreal. Hopefully, we’ll get to participate and organize more events in 2020. Keep an eye out! 

3. Ranked On The Growth 500 For The Third Year In A Row.

What an honor to rank on the Growth 500 next to innovative and passionate SMB’s from across Canada. Growth is an intricate part of our business: for over 12 years, we’ve been perfecting the art of driving growth for businesses across Canada.

4. Placed No. 157 On The Ranking Of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

In 2019, the Globe and Mail launched their first ranking of “Canada’s Top Growing Companies”. Our digital marketing agency ranked No. 157 on the list. As mentioned by the Globe and Mail: “The program aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses in Canada”. The fact that our agency appears on that list really shows our constant desire to go one step further. 

5. Certified By The Data Platform Eulerian.

We were one of the first Canadian agencies certified by the data platform Eulerian. As mentioned by our CEO, Martin Perron: “Our customers want to know, for each campaign, which media had the most impact on the conversion in order to better understand the role of each communication channel.” This analysis can now be easily produced with Eulerian’s tools.

6. Created A Green Squad For A More Eco-friendly Working Environment.

Our Green Committee’s main goal is to propose green initiatives around the office. One of their main projects in 2019 was to participate in the #TeamTrees challenge. Thanks to the team’s donations, 450 trees will be planted! Yay!

7. Listed As One Of Canada’s “Great Place To Work”.

Bloom made it to the 2019 List of Best Workplaces in Professional Services. Offering a fun and efficient work environment has always been a priority for Bloom’s management team. A “Great Place to Work” certification always means a lot to us considering it’s based on our own employees’ vote.

8. Launched New Services Such As Social Media Management.

We are always trying to find new ways to support our clients’ growth through effective digital tactics. We’ve added a few new services to our offerings such as social media management, inbound marketing, and digital out-of-home. With these new digital services, we feel like we have a more high-level view of all the channels that impact our clients’ online sales. 

9. Developed A Software To Create Text Ads Efficiently.

Our development team worked on different projects this year that all worked toward the same goal: make us more efficient so we can focus on high-value actions. One of the new tools, called the Campaign Builder, gives us the ability to write ads for Google Ads and Facebook Ads extremely quickly. It also makes sure our PPC team is following best practices, Bloom’s efficient naming convention, and a consistent campaign structure every time.

Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020!

All of the accomplishments mentioned above wouldn’t have been possible without the constant help and support from our clients and our partners. We are extremely grateful to be working with amazing businesses and entrepreneurs on a daily basis. We look forward to new collaborations and new projects in 2020. Cheers!
