After ranking on the Growth 500 list a few weeks ago, Bloom is pleased to announce its ranking on The Globe and Mail’s brand-new ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies. Bloom ranked No. 157 on the inaugural Report with an impressive three-year growth of 231%.

“We are very proud to be part of the first group of businesses listed as Canada’s Top Growing Companies. At the agency, our main focus is supporting and guiding our clients in the growth of their business. So, it is very rewarding to see our own company grow and achieve new goals. The future looks bright.” says Nick Lebrun, Bloom’s CFO.

Xurxo Vidal, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Bloom, explains: “Scaling up, welcoming new clients and offering new services is very exciting. But, we don’t want to grow at the expense of our employees’ well-being nor our clients’ satisfaction. That’s why clear processes, time and resources management, and data-driven decisions are crucial at our agency.”

Launched in 2019, the Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranking program aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses in Canada. In total, 400 companies made the ranking this year. Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks companies on three-year revenue growth. Discover the full list of 2019 winners here.

“We created the Canada’s Top Growing Companies program because we believe there is much Report on Business readers can learn from the successes of the country’s best entrepreneurs,” says Derek DeCloet, Editor of Report on Business and Executive Editor at The Globe and Mail. “We’re excited to be telling their stories.”

“The 400 companies on the inaugural Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranking demonstrate ambition, innovation and tremendous business acumen,” says Phillip Crawley, Publisher and CEO of The Globe and Mail. “Their contributions to the economy help to make Canada a better place, and warrant commendation.”
