Bloom From Anywhere


Our head office is located in the heart of the Saint-Henri district in Montreal. The office is right next to the Lachine Canal and is easily accessible by public transportation.


In less than a year, our Toronto team has grown from 1 Bloomer to 11. A common workspace is available in Toronto for Ontario Bloomers.


Our flexible work policy allows Bloomers to work from anywhere, as long as they can adapt their work schedule to our time zone.

Work At Bloom

Bloom takes the interview process very seriously. Both parties spend a great deal of time and energy on this project, and we strive to make it as straightforward as possible. If you apply for one of our open positions, here’s an idea of what you can expect:

Virtual Video Screen

During this call, our goal is to learn more about your professional experience and your personality. High-level questions help us understand your career goals, your expectations and more. 


For certain positions, we send two tests to complete: a psychometric one, to understand your “soft” skills and potential fit within the team, and a technical test.

First Virtual Interview

Let’s meet (virtually)! This first interview is usually led by our HR team and your future team lead. We’ll deep-dive into the role, evaluate your technical knowledge and identify a potential fit between yourself and Bloom. 

Second Virtual or In-Person Interview

We want you to meet with Bloom’s senior management and C-Level. This second meeting is usually a mix between general questions and scenarios.


If we see a potential relationship between you and Bloom, we’ll make you an offer. We’ll be available to answer any questions you might have.
