Their exclusive tours identify the must-see attractions and leads travelers to uncover new places, sometimes even some secret addresses! Everything is designed to highlight the authenticity and uniqueness of each country. Their aim is to immerse their clients in the traditions of each place they visit.

The Challenge

Voyages Lambert wanted more people to subscribe to their email list. Their goal: introducing these new subscribers to the Voyages Lambert universe and get them to book tours.

The Solution

We set up well-crafted lead generation campaigns on Facebook to invite people to subscribe to the newsletter without having to leave the social platform. Since the ads did not feature traditional incentives such as discounts or contests, we had to emphasize Voyages Lambert’s distinctive elements as a tourism expert.

What we did:

  • Test different ad formats (static, GIF, carousel) to determine what works best
  • Adjust the targeting of ads to reach new potential customers who are not familiar with Voyages Lambert
  • Present the key benefits of Voyages Lambert in catchy ads that make you want to learn more about the tour packages





The result: In less than 3 months, their subscriber list increased by 10%

  • 6.5% of the leads have also signed up for information sessions on certain tours
  • During this period, the newsletter maintained a very high open rate (between 70 and 80%), which is a testament to the quality of the leads generated.
