		<description>@Jacques - Usability does do just that, the trick is how to convince people that Usability is something that needs to be looked at.

It&#039;s hard to sell common sense sometimes especially when ROI is hard to link to individual tweaks. If it were only as clear as the example you gave - just open the doors and sales will increase! :)</description>
