PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Account Manager
We're looking for a PPC Account Manager who shares our passion for search engine marketing and is driven to provide exceptional service and results to clients. Located in a sunny loft, near Atwater market in Montreal, Bloom's office offers a casual and open work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a PPC Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day activities on behalf of various clients, including:
- Gaining an understanding of clients' business and goals so that targeted traffic is driven to their site
- Create and manage PPC accounts/campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Microsoft adCenter and Facebook Ads
- Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to clients' websites and business
- Write effective ad copy
- Establish bidding strategies based on clients' business goals and targets
- Provide bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum efficiency
- Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising strategy to improve/expand campaign by using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance
- Manage clients' search budgets and keep campaigns within these budgets
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss clients' expectations/goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports
- Communicate with team members to share knowledge and help solve problems
- Continually research and test the latest cutting edge Paid Search Marketing practices
- Ensure that all client deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded
- Develop relationships with clients; and build and nurture those relationships
- Participate in agency business development by researching, contacting potential clients, creating proposals, presentations, as well as regular reporting, and other documents for client use in the evaluation and approval of all initiatives and plans/programs
- Participate in company blog, industry social media activities
- Ability to go the extra mile, take the initiative, and work with little supervision
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click advertising
- 1-2 years experience of successful PPC management (either in-house or with an agency)
- Experience with keyword research tools and ability to setup/expand PPC campaigns (i.e. ability to use keyword matching options, negative keywords)
- Experience with web analytics tools and ability to use analytics data to improve PPC campaigns
- Ability to follow changes in PPC industry and adjust strategy
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel background is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Web-Savvy
Additional Assets:
- Google AdWords Advertising Professional Certification
- Membership of recognized SEM organizations (e.g. SEMPO)
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Usability
- Familiarity with analytics tools
- Additional languages a bonus (i.e. Spanish)
- Relevant participation on the social media networks
- Understanding of web development and design a bonus
